School Fees
Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and affordable. Contact the school office for the current fee schedule, payment plans, and available scholarships.
Fee Policy & Payment Options
Our school fees can be paid either annually (upfront for the full year) or quarterly across our four academic terms. Bus fees vary by route depending on the distance from the school. While overdue and outstanding balances are understandable, they are discouraged as they affect our ability to deliver quality education. We apply a three-tier alert system — Standard, Urgent, and Critical — each with corresponding consequences. We are committed to offering the best education as affordably as possible, and we are willing to work with parents to achieve this to the degree we are able. We kindly ask for your understanding and partnership in keeping fees current.
Overdue Fee Alert System
A friendly reminder issued when a fee becomes overdue.
Consequences: Late payment reminder sent to the parent; no service impact.
Issued when fees remain outstanding past the term deadline.
Consequences: Follow-up notice with a request for a payment plan; student reports may be withheld until an arrangement is made.
Issued when fees remain unpaid despite prior reminders.
Consequences: Account placed on hold; access to exams, report cards, and certain school services may be restricted until the balance is settled or an approved arrangement is in place.
